We ship across India via trusted courier partners.

Processing Time

Orders are printed and processed within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-order products take time to print and pack. We don't keep inventory; every tee is printed fresh after you order.

Business days are Monday-Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery Time

After your order is shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2/3 cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Total time from order to delivery: 8-14 business days on average.

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary based on courier partner and location.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Rs. 100 per order
Free Shipping: On orders Rs. 999 and above

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- SMS with tracking number
- Email with tracking link
- WhatsApp update (if you've contacted us)

You can track your order anytime using the tracking number on the courier partner's website.

Shipping Partners

We use reliable courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and others based on your location.

We choose the best partner for your area to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across India.

COD orders may take 1-2 days longer to process due to additional verification.

Please keep exact change ready when receiving your order.

Delivery Issues

Order not delivered within expected time?

We'll track your order and resolve the issue with our courier partner.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept:
- Courier will attempt redelivery (usually 2-3 attempts)
- You'll be contacted via phone/SMS
- If delivery still fails, order returns to us
- Return shipping charges may apply for reshipment

Incorrect Address

Please provide complete and accurate delivery address including:
- Full name
- Complete street address
- Landmark (helps delivery agents)
- City, State, PIN code
- Phone number (reachable)

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address provided by customer.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
