Return and Refund Policy 

We want you to love your TeesThese tee. If you don't, we'll make it right.

7-Day Easy Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your product if you're not satisfied.

To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Product must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items:
- Products damaged due to misuse or wear
- Products washed or altered after delivery

How to Return

Step 2: Tell us your order number and reason for return

Step 3: We'll send you return instructions and address

Step 4: Ship the product back to us (you cover return shipping cost)

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.

Refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- UPI/Cards/Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery orders: Bank transfer (provide account details)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

Received a damaged or defective product? We'll replace it or refund you completely, including shipping costs.

Contact us immediately with:
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number

We'll arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund.
