Returns & Refunds policy

We have a 15-day return policy for customer returns and 10-day storage for courier returns (RTO), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or for us to store an RTO-initiated return.

Courier Returns (RTO)

Courier returns are RTO-initiated orders. This occurs when an order cannot be delivered after three attempts. We do not charge additional shipping for RTOs. If your order is returned to us, it will be stored for 10 days, free of charge. After 10 days, we will dispose of or donate the order. We will notify you before the disposal. If you would like the order to be re-shipped to you or a different customer, please contact us within the 15-day window.

Customer Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For defective products, share images or videos clearly showing the defect within 10 days of delivery. We also need a picture of the UID label (barcode) on the product and packaging with the shipping label visible. If verified, we will take full responsibility and offer a refund or replacement free of cost. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at teesthesestore@gmail.com.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
